Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Include any original packaging or tags, when applicable
How to Request a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact DEMAIR at contact@demairstudio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
- Items specifically identified as final sale
