At DEMAIR, orders are carefully prepared and fulfilled through our production and fulfillment partners.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Many DEMAIR products are made to order. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier, weather, customs, and other circumstances outside of DEMAIR's control. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if products are fulfilled separately.

Available shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout, when tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

International Orders

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
